England Golf have announced the six-player team for the European Senior Women’s Team Championship at BlackSeaRama Golf Resort & Villas, Bulgaria, from 1-5 September.

The team will be captained by England Golf Hall of Famer, Janet Melville, as they look to emulate their European success of 2025 and look to regain the Home Internationals title after Ireland’s impressive final-day comeback to win it in 2025.

Midland ladies Sally Shayler and Tracey Williamson, with Sophie Beardsall (reserve) make up the team with Julia Brook, Emma Brown, Kerry Smith, and Anne Wheble.  Congratulations to them all.

For the Senior Women’s Home Internationals at Royal St David’s Golf Club, Wales, from 15-17 September Sophie will form part of the 7-member team along with Sally and Tracey.
